Jennifer Starling was born in Mobile, Ala., to Judy and Robert Koen and grew up in Millry, Ala. She was graduated from University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in social work. She moved to Meeker in July 2010, after a two week vacation visit. She fell in love with Meeker. She made many friends during her short stay in Colorado.
She is survived by one brother, two nephews and one niece. She is preceeded in death by her parents. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Cremation has taken place and her cremains sent back to Millry, Ala., to be placed at rest beside her parents. Memorial services in Meeker are being planned.
