Tina Rector of Grand Junction, 74, passed away on Monday, Dec. 8, 2008, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction.
A private family celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
Tina was born on Jan. 11, 1934, to Wheeler and Dale Capps-Williams in Levelland, Texas. She married Billy Joe Rector who survives her. Other survivors include his daughters and sons-in-law: Anna (Soren) Nielsen of Grand Junction and Joy (LaVelle) Dolan of Fruita; a sister, Coreane Frost of Albuquerque, N.M.; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Tina was preceded in death by her parents; an infant daughter; Billy Jo Rector, a brother; W.W. Williams, and a sister; Vi Langwell.
