Teacher of the month…

Beth Scoggins is the February teacher of the month at Parkview Elementary in Rangely. She runs the physical education classes, and teaches reading for first and second grade. A regular source of great ideas, Scoggins is ready, willing and able to lead groups of students or teachers.
