Obituary: Frank Wheeler

Frank Richard Wheeler was born Nov. 12, 1933, in Del Norte, Colo. He was the only child of James Robert and Dorothy Ellen Rhodus Wheeler. His mother passed away when Frank was 4-years-old and his father sent him to live with his aunt and uncle, Lucy and Felix Keiser, in Sargent, Colo.
