LDS church to host fall women’s retreat

MEEKER — A fall retreat for Women of Faith will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The evening will begin at the chapel located at 903 Third St. We invite all women of the community to join us on Friday, Nov. 14 at 6 p.m. The scriptural play “The 10 Virgins” will be presented. The presenters will be members of the Relief Society. There will be a wedding feast to finalize the scriptural presentation. The meal will go along with the theme of the the 10 Virgins. Plan for a night out at the Aspen Lodge 25 miles up river. Bring a sleeping bag if you desire to stay the night. There will be games and snacks provided. Breakfast will be provided.
