RBC Search & Rescue poker run Saturday
MEEKER | The first annual Rio Blanco County Search and Rescue OHV poker run will be held Saturday, July 28 at Lake Avery. For $25 per hand, $10 for each additional card (must be 18 to purchase hands) riders can enjoy a 30 mile ride through the scenic White River National Forest. Hands will be sold from 9-11 a.m at Station 1 and must be turned in at Station 5 by 4 p.m. First place, $250; second place, $150; third place, $100. There will be door prizes and concessions will be provided by the Meeker Lions Club. All vehicles must be licensed or registered and vehicle width may not exceed 64 inches. RBC’s Got Talent entry deadline today
RBC | The deadline to sign up for the Rio Blanco County’s Got Talent Show has been extended to Thursday, July 26.  All entries are due to the Meeker or Rangely Rio Blanco County Extension Office by 5 p.m. Rio Blanco County’s Got Talent Show entry is open to all Rio Blanco County residents and will be held after the Junior Market Steer Show on Aug. 3 at the Rio Blanco County Fair. Food Bank Mobile Pantry in Meeker today
MEEKER | Food Bank of the Rockies (FBR) mobile pantry truck will be in Meeker providing assistance to community members Thursday, July 26 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall, 779 Sulphur Creek Road. Wrestling camp in Craig July 28
RBC | Two time all-American wrestler Tanner Linsacum will present a wrestling camp for students in first through 12th grades on July 28 at Moffat County High School.
