Meeker High School alumnae Morgan Neilson finished the year by being chosen for the number one All American Meat Judging Team at Oklahoma State University. This award, calculated from the results of all the national contests (where she was first in two and placed in the top 10 in others) plus her grade point average (which continues to be a 4.0). There are four youth chosen to the first team and four to the second. The four students on the right side of the photo are the first team, along with Morgan’s coach, Gretchen Mafi (far right).
