I would like to thank Meeker Police Department Officer Wes Severson for rescuing my mother when she fell outside her house. He was driving by her house on a rainy, windy evening when he saw her waving him down. He stopped, put his coat over her and called the ambulance. He stayed with her until the ambulance crew arrived.
