Longtime Meeker resident Cleo Jordan, 99, passed away Sunday, Oct. 26, 2008, at the Walbridge Memorial Wing.
Cleo Crawford was born Dec. 30, 1908, in Houston, Mo., the daughter of John and Allie (Hutchinson) Crawford. She was raised in rural Missouri and as a very young girl was preceded in death by her mother. In 1935 she began working at the Rio Blanco Ranch up river. She caught…
