Annual veterans lunch at BMS
MEEKER | Veterans and their families are invited to lunch at Barone Middle School on Thursday, Nov. 11 by the BMS Student Council. Lunch will be provided by the Meeker Chamber of Commerce. Lunch at 12 p.m. will be followed by a flag ceremony at approximately 12:20 p.m. and then student council members will interview veterans in front of the student body.
Drink and donate at Brewing Co.
MEEKER | In honor of Veterans Day, Smoking River Brewing Co will offer $1 off beer for veterans this Thursday and Friday, Nov. 11-12, and $1 from all other beers sold those days will be donated to the local VFW.
Veterans BBQ
RANGELY | Annual Veterans Day barbecue Thursday, Nov. 11 at 12 pm. at Rangely Elks Lodge. Veterans who have served in the armed forces and their families are welcome.
