Everywhere you look in Rio Blanco County, new and fabulous outdoor artwork is appearing. Meeker High School senior Shane Kobald (left) and MHS art instructor Ben Quinn (right) installed this 5- by 8-foot mural on the west wall of the Smoking River Brewing Company in Meeker.
