9th annual Buy-Fly Fishing Tournament

MEEKER | The White River Community Association is hosting the ninth annual Buy-Fly Whitefish Tournament on Saturday, March 9 and Sunday, March 10 and is seeking teams of interested fisher-folks to join in the fun. The purpose of the tournament is three-fold: raise money for the sustainability of the historic Buford School, secure the whitefish for the annual community fish fry held in June each year, and to provide a fun, competitive opportunity for the community.
There’s a 12 team limit for this two-day event and prizes are awarded to the first, second and third place teams in addition to the high-point individual.
