Doc and Debbie Watson of Meeker are thrilled to announce the engagement of their son, Paul, to Celeste Franklin, daughter of Jasper and Eldora Franklin of Inman, Kansas.Both are graduates of Calvary Bible College in Kansas City, Mo.
