Judge finalists named

RBC | The Ninth Judicial District Nominating Commission has nominated three finalists for a district court judgeship created pursuant to House Bill 13-1035, effective July 1, 2013.
Nominees John Neiley and Scott Turner, both of Glenwood Springs, and Colleen Scissors of Basalt were selected by the commission on May 17.
Under the Colorado Constitution, the governor has 15 days from May 20, 2013, within which to appoint one of the nominees as district court judge…
