Obituary: Barbara Hennerman

Barbara Hennerman was born in Kansas City, Kan., and studied the electric steel guitar at a very early age. She played steel guitar on the radio portion of Red Foley’s Ozark Jubilee in Springfield, Mo., in the late 1950s and early 1960s. She also played and sang with many different bands and at numerous clubs and shows throughout Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, Utah and California, providing backup music for many well known country music…
