Tonya Morris of Meeker won Best Costume award at the NewHope-Meeker Holiday Ball on Saturday. The ball was held to raise funds for the NewHope-Meeker Palliative Care Program planned in conjunction with Pioneers Medical Center in Meeker. The program will help families take care of relatives in the last stages of their lives.
