Rangely seventh-grader Alexis Wiley sings ‘Castle on a Cloud’ from ‘Les Miserables’ during Rangely Junior-Senior High School’s second annual talent show on Feb. 20. Wiley won the solo competition and was featured in Fiscus and Gravy’s rendition of Joan Jett and the Blackhearts’ ‘I Love Rock and Roll,’ which won the group competition. The event drew an audience that packed the school auditorium. Other winners in the solo competition included Mitchell Webber for a dubstep performance in second place and Andrew Morton for his piano performance of ‘All of Me’ for third. The Pi Guys, made up of James Scoggins, Brennan Noyes, Caleb Noel and Morton, performed the four-player ‘Carmena’ on the piano, netting second place in the group competition while Miekka Peck and Marlena Miller took third place with ‘Cups.’
