Rangely seventh-grader Alexis Wiley sings ‘Castle on a Cloud’ from ‘Les Miserables’ during Rangely Junior-Senior High School’s second annual talent show on Feb. 20. Wiley won the solo competition and was featured in Fiscus and Gravy’s rendition of Joan Jett and the Blackhearts’ ‘I Love Rock and Roll,’ which won the group competition.
