Rio Blanco County Sheriff Anthony Mazzola presented letters of commendation to Rangely residents Mike Zadra (center) and Sam Cudo (left) for coming to the aid of the driver of a dump truck that rolled nearly 100 feet into a ravine off County Rd. 116 in August. Zadra and Cudo assisted the driver in getting away from a hazardous situation in the damaged vehicle and provided medical attention while waiting for emergency personnel to arrive.
