She was born on Jan. 16, 1924, in Meeker, Colorado, to Other P. and Hilda Hopson.
Hilda is survived by daughter Donna Hardy of Menard, Texas; son Vernon (Martha) Murray of Rifle, Colorado; daughter Charlene Parker of Rifle, Colorado; daughter
Linda Davis of Menard, Texas; son Randy Murray of Rifle, Colorado; daughter Pam Murray of Cave Junction, Oregon; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
There will be a potluck gathering of family and friends on Sunday, June 1, 2014, at the Rest Area in Rifle from 2 to 5 p.m.
