MEEKER I Now is the time to sign up for summer community education classes at Colorado Northwestern Community College in Meeker as classes begin in the next couple of weeks.
Potential students or those who wish to sign up for the classes should stop by the CCNC Meeker Center, located in the Riegel Boulding at 345 Sixth St., just south of the Meeker post office.
A sample of the classes available are:
Digital photography, held Saturday, June 7, in which students will learn to take awesome pictures of our beautiful surroundings.
Mosaic workshop will be held Friday, June 20 and runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., in which students decorate a flower pot with a different medium and enjoy the end product.
College algebra runs from June 2 to Aug. 11, in which a student can pick up four credits within a small class surrounding.
