Cletis E. Sims, 95, passed away at home with his son and daughter-in-law at his side. He was the last of 15 children born at home to Walter and Lizzie Sims in London, Arkansas.
During WWII he served in the U.S. Army Transportation Corps from 1944-1946. Cletis married the love of his life Wilma Brown on Aug. 6, 1949. They moved to Dinosaur…
