Will Fairfield must be getting to be an old man. Recently he was appraised of the fact he was “grand-pa” again, and a few days later was informed of another arrival, but this time they gave Will the name of “grand-dad.” As we have previously remarked – “still we grow.”

Rangely Middle School’s geography class has a “traveling bear.” The “traveling bear” is a program in which a stuffed bear from the class is sent with a backpack that includes instructions to send the bear to other people around the country, and for those people to correspond with classes during the year. The bear has been from Colorado to California to Idaho to even on board the flight of Air Force One with president Bill Clinton.

Who is that masked man? It’s Cisco Lucero, RHS wrestling Panther, who defeated his Hotchkiss opponent 9-6. He has been wearing a protective mask to avoid another nose bleed.
