DeVilbiss memorial plans announced

RBC — Three events will take place this week honoring former district court judge J.E. DeVilbiss.
DeVilbiss, 73, died Sept. 18 from natural causes.
On Friday at 10:30 a.m., a formal memorial will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
On Saturday at 3 p.m. at Paepcke Auditorium on the Aspen Meadows campus, there will be a community celebration of DeVilbiss’s life. The memorial will be followed at 4:30 p.m. with a reception at the Elks…
