RBC | Work has resumed from winter shutdown on the CO 13 project that is located from MP 12 to MP 16, approximately 12 miles northwest of Rifle. Construction crews will be working on detour paving, storm drainage pipe installation and structure excavation this week.
Daytime work hours are from 7 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday-Friday, Saturday work may occur if necessary
