Dear Editor:
We at the Rangely Animal Shelter would like to thank Phalon Osborn, a student at the Rangely Junior/Senior High School.
Phalon chose to donate to the shelter for her birthday instead of receiving gifts for herself. This girl has done this for the last three years, and we appreciate her very much.
What a kind person she is, very unselfish and full of compassion for others.
The animals in our shelter are very fortunate to have someone like her thinking about them.
Way to go Phalon. We are so proud to have you in our community!
