RANGELY | The Rangely lady Panthers delivered a dominant performance Friday evening, cruising past Vail Mountain 63-15 in a resounding home victory.
Miah Wren led the offensive charge with a game-high 27 points and added four steals to her stat line. Aubriana Tapia provided strong support with 17 points and four rebounds.
Ashlynn Ducey excelled as the team’s facilitator, dishing out seven assists while contributing six points and five steals. TyLee Fielder added five points, Rachel Elder scored three, and Miley Chism tallied two points and six rebounds. Natalie Bollinger and Aubrey Kenney chipped in two and one point, respectively. Emma Winder rounded out the defensive effort with one steal.
The lady Panthers continued their dominant play Saturday with a 72-22 victory over the North Park Wildcats.
Wren again led the way, scoring 24 points while adding seven steals and six assists. Emmeree Wagner made a strong contribution with 18 points and seven rebounds, while Ducey added 10 points, seven assists, and six steals. Addison Scott provided a solid inside presence with nine points and 14 rebounds.
Chism chipped in six points and three rebounds, while Rylee Kenney scored three points. Winder and Fielder each added one point, capping a well-rounded offensive effort.
