RBC | The Colorado Department of Revenue, Taxation Division is accepting Property Tax, Rent (PTC) Rebate applications for 2024 expenses.
The rebate helps eligible, low-income Coloradans, who are seniors or are disabled, offset property tax, rent, and heating costs. For 2024 expenses, eligible applicants can receive up to $1,154 in rebate assistance.
Those who apply by Oct. 15, may also qualify for a TABOR refund of $177 for single filers and $354 for joint filing.…
