Wesley Dean Eubanks was born June 26, 1958, in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida, to James and Nancy Hughes Eubanks. He grew up in Arkansas and graduated from Paragould High School in 1976.
On Oct. 18, 1978, he raised his right hand while facing the American flag and pledged to defend his country. His Air Force career started out with him being a mechanic on the B52 Bomber. …
