Carolyn Neher (Fredericks), 92, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away peacefully on Nov. 7, 2025. She was born on Dec. 12, 1932, in Meeker, Colorado. Her father was a Meeker dentist. She graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in elementary education. She spent the majority of her adult life in Arizona as a public school teacher and loved teaching children the joy of reading.
