The fifth graders at Meeker Elementary School impressed those in attendance during Aprils’s Night at the MES Museum, when the students transformed into someone famous —from the 1400s and Joan of Arc to 1968 and astronaut Neil Armstrong. The students did a great job portraying the famous people they had studied. In addition to their famous person debuts, the fifth graders also collected coins to be donated to the Meeker Relay for Life Team. The community’s museum donations added up to $265.
