Ethan Allred, who had the highest grade point upon graduation from Rangely High School on May 24, gave the valedictorian’s speech at the ceremony in the RHS gymnasium. Allred told his classmates that this is the time to celebrate the start of the rest of their lives, but he also reminded them of the need to work hard, to never give up and to realize that how you deal with problems is what determines your character.
