Obituary: Eva June Dotson

Rangely resident Eva June Dotson passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2015, at Delta County Memorial Hospital in Delta, Colo. She was 80 years of age.

As per June’s request, no formal services will be held.
Eva June Blevins was born April 22, 1935, to Adney Brack and Vida (Mullins) Blevins in New Richmond, W.V. She attended school in Pineville, W.Va.
On Oct. 17, 1953, June married Kennith Lee Dotson in Rock, W.Va. Later, they moved to Rangley.
June was a member of the Ladies Golf Club in Rangely. She enjoyed golfing and spending time with her family and friends. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
June is survived by: her son, Kevin Dotson of Texas; daughter Georgann Prosser of Delta, Colo.; two brothers: Kenneth Blevins of Rangely and Eugene Blevins of West Virginia; two sisters: Gay Icabell of Detroit, Mich., and Joy McPhail of Page, Ariz.; three grandchildren: KC Prosser of Montana, Kevin Dotson of Ill., and Kandis Dotson of Texas; and two great-grandchildren: Famous and Emberlyn Adams.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Taylor Funeral Service and Crematory.
