RANGELY I In the upcoming November election, Rangely voters will be tasked with filling three seats on the Rangely School Board. The current incumbents to those positions, Leslie Nielsen, Kurt Douglas and Joyce Key are each seeking re-election, and there will be one challenger, Rangely Conoco owner Bart Nielsen.
Nielsen says he is running for the school board out of a desire to offer his time, knowledge and experience to the various issues at hand.
