Rio Blanco County cross country runners Phalon Osborn, Savanna Nielsen, Raelynn Norman, Julia Eskelson, Patrick Scoggins and Landon Rowley represented Rio Blanco County at the Nike Cross Country Southwest Regional Championships in Casa Grande this past weekend.
