RBC I The Rio Blanco County 4-H Sheep and Goat Club had its first meeting of the year on Jan. 15, and officers were chosen for the year.
As part of the bylaws for the club, members must attend 50 percent of the club’s meetings and do a demonstration to show at the Rio Blanco County Fair this upcoming summer.
