Arrow of Light…

Kevin Wren, center, a member of Cub Scout Pack No. 191 in Rangely, received his Arrow of Light in Cub Scouts. He is pictured with his mother and father, J’lyn and Kyle Wren. The Boy Scouts of America has revamped its Cub Scout program and the requirements to receive advancements, especially Arrow of Light, are now more difficult. Wren is the first Cub Scout in Pack No. 151 to earn his Arrow of Light under the new program.
