MEEKER I The Meeker Chamber of Commerce is signing up entries for the annual 2016 Meeker Fourth of July Parade, which will begin at 10 a.m. on the Fourth.
Anyone can take part in the parade, which is open to individuals, organizations, businesses, vehicles, horse riders, motorcycle and bicycle riders, pets or pull carts such as wagons.
The parade participants will gather on Main Street, starting at 7th and Main, and concluding at 4th and Main streets.
All entries must be turned into the Meeker Chamber of Commerce, 710 Market St. by June 30, and there is no entry fee. For more information, call the chamber at 970-878-0271 or email: [email protected].
