MEEKER I Dirt bike racing will make its Meeker debut on Saturday with “Meeker Moto Mayhem” at the Rio Blanco County Fairgrounds.
The full-day event will begin at 10 a.m. and run until roughly 10 p.m. It is an arena enduro-style race.
The public is invited to load up your bikes and come race or just bring your friends at watch.
“The action will not disappoint,” say the organizers, Montrose Moto Mayhem.
There is a full circuit of races this summer on the Western Slope, with several races in Montrose as well as Meeker, Hotchkiss, Delta, Rifle and wrapping up in Eagle on Sept. 24.
Moto Mayhem is arena enduro-style racing.
Concessions for the event will be provided by the Meeker Lions Club.
