The Meeker Library Book Club meets at 1 p.m. the second Monday of each month (excluding holidays). The next meeting with be Oct. 10. We will be discussing “Brooklyn” by Colm Toibin. All interested readers are welcome. Stop by the Meeker Library for details.

Belfry Fund Rubber Ducky Race on Saturday, Sept. 24, 2 p.m. starting at City Park Fifth Street bridge. Duckies are available now and during the Fall Festival for a $5 donation. Proceeds go towards rebuilding the Coal Creek School belfry. Contact Martha at 303-886-8086 or stop by the White River Museum to get your ducky and more race details.
