Proper flag etiquette

Displaying the Flag:
24/7: When displaying the U.S. flag properly 24 hours a day, it must be properly illuminated during darkness.
On The Same Staff: U.S. flag is always on top, above all other flags.
Grouped: The U.S. flag always goes to its right. Flags of other nations are flown at the same height.
