What’s faster than the Meeker rumor mill? Facebook, MySpace and Twitter. Now if you hear a juicy rumor, all you have to do is ask your Facebook or MySpace friends, or tweet the info to followers on Twitter to find out if it’s true. You can even share the name of the person spreading the juicy rumor. And, you can compete with each other to see who can get the most friends! It’s kind of like junior high school all over again.
The weather held, for the most part, throughout the holiday weekend, and we enjoyed yet another fabulous Range Call celebration. Many thanks to all the volunteers who worked so hard to bring everything to pass.
A wedding ring and a cell phone were among the items lost during one of the concerts Friday night. If found, please turn found items in at the chamber office.
