Stan Rasmussen started work on the maintenance crew for Rio Blanco County Road and Bridge in the Rangely division on March 8, 1968. He was promoted to lead operator in March 1994, and to his current position, district maintenance supervisor in January 1997. His historical knowledge of the Rangely area is invaluable.
