On Tuesday, March 13, 2018, Louis Ray Todd, 77, of Meeker, Colo., passed away peacefully at home. Born Dec. 31, 1940, in Mount Airy, N.C., Ray (as he liked to be known) was the third son and third child of James Melton and Edith Louise Todd.
