Obituary: Judith Beard

Judith D. Coates Beard, 68, of Dinosaur passed away July 27, 2009, at Pioneers Medical Center in Meeker. Judith was born July 5, 1941, in Scottsville, N.Y., to James M. and Lois Elizabeth (Ely) Coates.
She was married to her husband Minford Beard for 40 years. Since 1970, the Beards were the ranch managers for Three Springs Ranch in Dinosaur.
Judith was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband Minford Beard, daughter Colleen Pace, brother Tom (Sharon) Coates, brother Howard “Biff” Coates, several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
