RBC | The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and contractor United Companies began a fog and chip seal project on Colorado Highway 13, from mile point (MP) 20-MP 37, between Rifle and Meeker. The project started Monday, June 11, and has an anticipated completion date the end of July 2018.
