Lyda Gail Routh was one of two twins born to Doris and Milbank Franz on Jan. 31, 1943, in Clark, Colo. She married Ed Routh on June 3, 2005. He survives. They lived in Grand Junction prior to moving to Rangely in 2004. Lyda, known to many as Gail, enjoyed fishing, cooking, painting and crafts of all types. She was loved very much by her family and friends and will be greatly missed. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 1, 2018, at 1:30 p.m. in the Rangely District Hospital meeting rooms. Potluck will follow with side dishes and desserts suggested.
The services will be under the direction of Blackburn and Sons Vernal Mortuary and Cremation Care.
