Julius Poole came to Rangely to try his hand at roughnecking after his service in the Navy during WWII. The love of his life, Lomell, soon joined him and they made Rangely their lifelong home, starting Colorado Well Service and later Bi-Co Rental, which they owned and operated from 1957-1979.
