Changes to state liquor law prompts discussion for Rangely Board of Trustees at first 2019 meeting

RANGELY | Konnie Billgren from the Rangely Chamber of Commerce updated the Rangely Board of Trustees on the OHV Rally at the board’s first meeting of the year. A contract has been made with BLM for the next five years in regards to the OHV Rally. This will drop the cost of the rally.
