For one thing I personally think that we aren’t getting quality bulles anymore due to the point structure I think we need to look at the way Utah does there bull hunts and maybe take some of what they have into consideration or make it like deer where you have to have points to draw a bull tag because it’s a fact we aren’t getting quality bulls anymore we need to do something
