RBC | 2019 saw a new commissioner, coroner and treasurer, along with re-elected officials sworn in on Jan. 8. Jeff Rector replaced Shawn Bolton as BOCC chairman. Commissioners were appointed to represent Rio Blanco County with-in several different organizations and most of the previously appointed personnel were re-appointed in their specific departments.
The clerk’s office is now fully staffed since Ellen Conrado was hired to be the recording and election assistant. She is an excellent addition. The offices at Meeker and Rangely are cohesive, happy and humming along the way they should be.
